New Business Sales Executive
Up to 18k basic and completely uncapped commission, by simply hitting your monthly targets you would easily achieve a salary between £30 - £40K. Benefits include Pension, Health Care, Life Assurance and Loyalty Point Scheme.
Chess Telecom are currently looking to recruit Sales Executives to join their busy Sales team, creating new business through our affinity database. Chess Telecom is a fast growing business telecommunications service provider. Our product portfolio includes Calls, Line Rental, Mobiles, Broadband and the latest Voice and Data products. The successful candidate would work from our office in Alderley Edge, reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager.
Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days, plus public holidays.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
• Generate new business sales
• Generate sound sales leads
• Collate accurate customer information on our internal systems
• Ensure personal performance is reported to manager daily
• Prepare sales proposals
• Liaising with team members to maximize the database potential
• Action leads from other areas of the business
Essential Criteria:
• Previous telephone based office experience
• An ability to work under pressure and still hit/exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills, well polished, professional and articulate
• Outgoing and ambitious character, driven and passionate
• Good mathematical ability
Preferred Skills:
• B2B Sales experience
• Experience in the Telecoms industry, ideally with a reseller or service provider.
